Amy Oyekunle has a MA in development studies from the University of Leeds, UK, postgraduate diploma in management from the Leeds Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in sociology from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
Amy is gender and development professional with experience in women peace and security, gender research, resource mobilization, donor relationship, project management and community mobilization within Nigeria. She has over 15 years’ experience in non-for-profit leadership, working with policy-makers, International development partners, civil society and community based organizations in sub-Saharan Africa. Ms. Oyekunle is an independent consult for international and national organizations such as Sahel Capital & Partners Advisory Ltd, Mercy Corps, Save the children, Action Health Incorporated, British Council, Cordaid, Global Fund for Children, UNGEI, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.
